Where we come from
Our founder, Melissa Kniazeva, knows a bit about executive disfunction. Mother to two amazingly bright, autistic kids who need a little scheduling help, she worked hard to help them deal with their scheduling and calendaring issues in order to help them successfully navigate school.
One day a friend, who is also a mom to autistic kids, mentioned that she would love a service to help her children deal with executive disfunction. Thus, Never Behind Again was born.
Our Scheduling Partners
All of our scheduling partners are English-speaking students from elite Ukrainian universities. Rest assured, they are bright, capable, and fluent in multiple languages!
We care very much about both our clients and our employees, so we make sure that our scheduling partners put their education first and maintain their excellent grades. We also limit the number of clients they can work with to give them time to focus on school, because, like the people they are helping, they are going on to greater things.
